Yoga For Weightloss 4 week series

When: July 8 – 29; Saturdays 12pm – 2pm

When people think about losing weight, many think about counting calories, restriction, going to the gym and basically torturing yourself in order to change your body.

In reality, there are 3 things that lead to weightloss:

Mindfulness, relaxation, and habits that are sustainable and fit a person’s unique lifestyle. 

You will receive personalized support from Ashley, handouts, resources, journaling prompts, take-home yoga sequences – everything you need to keep these healthy habits going.

First half of each day will be dedicated to lecture and discussion of weightloss topic, and the second half will be dedicated to mindful yoga movement, specifically designed for weightloss.
