When people think about losing weight, many think about counting calories, restriction, going to the gym and basically torturing yourself in order to change your body.
In reality, there are 3 things that lead to weightloss:
Mindfulness, relaxation, and habits that are sustainable and fit a person’s unique lifestyle.
You will receive personalized support from Ashley, handouts, resources, journaling prompts, take-home yoga sequences – everything you need to keep these healthy habits going.
First half of each day will be dedicated to lecture and discussion of weightloss topic, and the second half will be dedicated to mindful yoga movement, specifically designed for weightloss.
Registration opens June 14!!! Make sure you check back!!
Ashley is one of the coolest chicks ever! I leave her yoga class feeling completely exhausted and soaked in sweaty goodness, yet SO inspired! I also think “how does she give so much of herself?” Ashley, you rock! Thanks for all that you do for us yogis!Elizabeth B.
The Bold Life: A Radical Revolution in Self Love, Body Acceptance + Food Freedom
Summer Session: June 5, 2017 – July 31, 2017
REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED! NEXT SESSION STARTS SEPTEMBER 4, 2017
You deserve Self Love, Body Acceptance + Food Freedom
It’s about damn time we started a revolution. A Radical Revolution.
Binge eating. Guilt. Cravings. Self loathing. Weight gain. Shame. Embarrassment. Stress. Chronic dieting.
I’ve experienced them all. And unfortunately they are all-too-common experiences for many women in the world today.
Quite frankly, feeling out of control around food and hating the way you look is hell and no one deserves to feel that way.
My guess is that you have spent many years, countless diets and maybe even thousands of dollars trying to lose weight for good and finally get a grip on your food challenges.
That’s where Food Freedom dives in head-first.
Believe it or not, your relationship with food goes waaaayyyyy back and you deserve the time, the effort and the attention to do what it takes to feel free around food and happy in the very body you have been given.
In this 5 week program my deepest hopes for you are sustainability, joy and a feeling of peace. That you are Unfuckwithable. That you are so strong and happy and fulfilled in your life, your body and your food that nothing can fuck with that. A feeling that the fight is over, that you no longer have to battle yourself and your food.
What would it be like if food was a source of joy and pleasure for you, rather than wrapped in dread, shame and embarrassment?
Group is limited to 15 members and is on a first come, first serve basis.

I love Ashley’s transparency and “realness.” We are definitely of the same tribe. She doesn’t put on airs and that makes her very relateable to me. She coaches with no judgement and that is HUGE for someone who has been beat up emotionally by personal trainers and my own inner critic. Thank you so much Ashley!Kathy F.
